To mark the 2026 Lunar New Year, we extend our sincere thanks to our partners, customers, investors, employees, and friends worldwide for their continued support, and we would like to use this moment to look back at the progress made over the past year and outline the path forward.

2025: A pivotal year for globalization and platform development

In 2025, we reached an important turning point in our transition toward a global, platform-driven business. Supported by a strong product portfolio, solid market results, and key industry partnerships, we strengthened our competitive position and advanced our goals. Two milestones defined this progress: signing Marriott International for our core hospitality cloud solutions and establishing a strategic partnership with Amadeus. Together, these steps marked a new phase in our global expansion.

Daylight PMS global growth

Our cloud-native Daylight PMS continued to gain traction among leading hotel groups. Following Kempinski Hotels, we successfully partnered with Marriott International. Combined with our long-standing relationship with InterContinental Hotels Group, this means Shiji now provides cloud PMS solutions to two of the world’s top five hotel groups.

Beyond global brands, Daylight PMS secured contracts with influential upscale hotel groups in multiple countries and partnered with three of the six major integrated resort operators in Macao. By the end of 2025, the system was live in upscale hotels across 35 countries, including China, the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain, Singapore, Japan, Thailand, Australia, and New Zealand. Market adoption and customer feedback continue to reinforce our position in hospitality innovation.

Strategic integration with Amadeus

Following the Marriott agreement, we entered into a strategic cooperation with Amadeus, the world’s largest B2B travel technology provider. This partnership includes deep integration between the Amadeus cloud CRS and Daylight PMS to support a unified technology platform covering the full guest journey from booking through stay to departure. Both companies will also recommend each other’s core products. This collaboration reflects strong industry confidence in our solutions and signals our move from product deployment toward broader ecosystem integration and global scale.

Infrasys POS market leadership

Infrasys POS maintained its leadership in hotel F&B digital transformation. It remains the only cloud F&B platform deployed across all the world’s top five international hotel groups. By the end of 2025, it had been successfully deployed in more than 60 countries. In China, it regained an 80 percent share of the upscale hotel market, and in Macao’s integrated resort segment it achieved full market coverage. These results confirm its role as a benchmark solution for hotel restaurant operations worldwide.

Positioning for the AI-driven software era

Today, advances in AI are rapidly reshaping the technology landscape. The evolution of large language models and intelligent agents is accelerating the shift in the software industry from cloud-native foundations toward AI-native architectures. What is becoming clear is that this is not simply another technical upgrade. The move from cloud to AI represents a structural shift in how software is built, deployed, and used.

While technologies and tools will continue to change, core transaction systems remain fundamental to industry digitalization and operational reliability. Their role will not diminish, but they must continue to evolve. This means moving beyond systems designed only to support human workflows toward platforms that also enable intelligent automation. Achieving this requires more modular structures, finer granularity, and open architectures so that systems can adapt to the needs of the next generation of software ecosystems.
